The Finance and Accounting Senior Professional is responsible for coordinating gift accounting functions and performing various financial tasks associated with the auxiliary programs in the College. This includes assisting with accounts receivable and PeopleSoft financial statement reconciliation with student information system financial information; helping to conduct financial training to CLAS departmental administrative staff and faculty; assisting the CLAS Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration in the maintenance of the College auxiliary and gift operating budgets and revenue accounts; and supporting departments with questions in collaboration with the CLAS Finance Team. This position formally reports to the Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration. Finance and Accounting Senior Professional What you will do: Coordination of CLAS Accounting Functions - 20%
Auxiliary and Gift Accounting - 50%
Training & Coordination & Communication - 10%
Financial Reporting - 20%

Compensation and Benefits The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at $66,600 - $70,000. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
