Position Summary:

The Office Assistant will provide essential administrative and clerical support for the corporate office.

Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations, including answering phone calls, scanning/filing documents, and managing office supplies.
  • Maintain the kitchen/breakroom and mailroom areas.
  • Serve as primary liaison with property management company for the corporate office. Alert employees of any updates or changes.
  • Provide office setup for new corporate employees.
  • Complete expense reimbursement reports.
  • Coordinate in-office meals, events, and restaurant reservations.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, including air charters.
  • Assist with the administration of The Collins Companies Foundation and the Collins Medical Trust.
  • Update the Collins website.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Produce drafts of announcements, press releases, documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Prepare slides for Board meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • On-site attendance is essential to effectively perform the listed duties and responsibilities.


Required Skills and Abilities:



  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in the absence of supervision.
  • Recognize and maintain confidentiality of work materials as appropriate.
  • Keep consistent and regular office hours.


Education and Experience:



  • Demonstrated experience supporting an office.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Prior experience in an office setting or administrative experience required.


$20.00-$25.00 per hour, DOE
