Job Summary As a Senior Program Manager within Product Operations at Employbridge, you will be a force multiplier for the product organization-driving clarity, execution, and operational excellence across Product, UX, and Engineering. You'll lead critical programs and routines that increase alignment, reduce friction, and improve how we build and deliver products. This role is built for a high-agency operator who thrives in execution-heavy environments and can connect dots across a wide range of strategic and tactical work. You'll work closely with product and technical leaders, as well as cross-functional partners in Operations, Analytics, HR, and Finance, to roll out scalable solutions that unlock business outcomes. The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $140,000 to $170,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
