Job Summary

As a Senior Program Manager within Product Operations at Employbridge, you will be a force multiplier for the product organization-driving clarity, execution, and operational excellence across Product, UX, and Engineering. You'll lead critical programs and routines that increase alignment, reduce friction, and improve how we build and deliver products.

This role is built for a high-agency operator who thrives in execution-heavy environments and can connect dots across a wide range of strategic and tactical work. You'll work closely with product and technical leaders, as well as cross-functional partners in Operations, Analytics, HR, and Finance, to roll out scalable solutions that unlock business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Execution Across the Org: Build and manage execution plans across multiple initiatives. Ensure clarity of ownership, accountability, timelines, and follow-through. You are the engine behind getting things over the finish line.
  • Run the Rhythm of the Product Org: Own and optimize operating cadences that keep leadership aligned and teams moving-e.g., monthly product reviews, PI planning, QBR, software management and vendor syncs.
  • Embed into Product, UX, and Engineering: Partner closely with functional leaders to elevate operational standards, codify repeatable processes, and remove friction from how teams build, deliver, and learn.
  • Roll Out and Improve Key Processes: Lead implementation of initiatives such as intake, prioritization, planning frameworks, and team communications. Monitor adoption and continuously iterate for improvement.
  • Own Strategic Communications: Build clear narratives for cross-functional and executive audiences. Ensure the right stakeholders are informed, aligned, and accountable.
  • Measure and Optimize: Use data and qualitative feedback to identify bottlenecks and improve product operations systems and experiences. Support reporting for leadership and board reviews.

Who You Are

  • Action-Oriented: You move quickly and follow through. You don't need permission to solve problems-you start with momentum and bring others with you.
  • Systems Thinker with Bias for Execution: You think in frameworks but build in real-world constraints. You understand trade-offs, know when to optimize vs. ship, and get results without overcomplicating.
  • Clear Communicator: You simplify the complex, tailor messaging to the audience, and ensure alignment sticks-especially in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
  • Collaborative Operator: You know how to work across functions and levels. You foster trust, drive accountability, and aren't afraid to hold the line when standards slip.
  • Adaptable: You can shift between strategic planning and tactical execution in a single day-and enjoy the mix.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or program management within a product/tech org or consulting
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX, Analytics, etc.)
  • Proven success implementing org-wide processes or cadences
  • Strong written communication and executive presence
  • Experience with MS 365 suite, Product and Project Management tooling such as Jira, Confluence and project management best practices

Competencies (Skills & Knowledge You'll Bring)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work across Product, UX, Eng, and Business teams to drive clarity, alignment, and delivery without direct authority
  • Execution-oriented Program Management - Skilled at creating structured execution plans, managing ambiguity, and driving complex initiatives to completion with minimal oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executives, technical, and business audiences and rive shared understanding
  • Able to self-prioritize, make tradeoffs, and navigate gray areas with confidence and speed
