How You'll Make a Difference You will be responsible for ensuring development and implementation of processes that protect the quality and integrity of PMI's professional certification programs. Leading the team supporting exam security, as well as internal auditors evaluating PMI's ongoing compliance to quality standards. What You'll Bring to the Role Bachelor's degree in IT Security or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience with investigative processes for and related legal parameters of investigations. Minimum of 3 years' experience directly or indirectly managing a team, including ongoing performance management and development support Minimum 3 years' experience in managing large-scale audits and ongoing process improvement related to digital security; focus in exam security beneficial. International testing/credentialing industry work experience preferred. Excellent judgment and demonstrated mature business skills.
