Position Overview
Green Bay Packaging continues to grow and has an exciting opportunity for a Plant Manager at its newly built manufacturing plant in Aurora, Illinois. The operation consists of a 74,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility with hot melt adhesive coaters and slitting machines. We operate two shifts, 5 days a week with approximately 30 hourly employees. Responsibilities The Plant Manager will be responsible for the organization and leadership of the production environment, working with manufacturing management to build an atmosphere committed to superior quality and service. The primary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to safety, quality, training, teamwork, and productivity.
