Position Overview:

Laerdal is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our Emergency Care and Trauma portfolio in the U.S. and Canada-including MegaCode, SimMan, and key partner solutions (IngMar, Dynasthetics, Mentice, Simetri, SonoSim, Gordon Center).

This role focuses on understanding customer needs in EMS, Hospital, and Professional Education markets, leading North American product launches, supporting global initiatives, and ensuring sales channel readiness. You'll collaborate across teams to drive go-to-market success and promote solutions that help save lives.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Portfolio Management

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics to support the full product lifecycle and maximize market opportunity
  • Analyze portfolio performance using sales data, dashboards, and market insights to drive campaign strategy and product decisions
  • Own competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis to inform positioning and sales enablement
  • Lead local launch planning and execution, setting clear objectives and key results (OKRs)

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Develop marketing assets including collateral, sales tools, and training materials to support internal teams and external partners
  • Serve as the product marketing lead for tradeshows and events, collaborating closely with the Events team
  • Partner with Sales, Digital Marketing, and Content teams to deliver high-impact campaigns aligned with market needs

Collaboration & Partner Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to support solution development and execution
  • Act as the primary contact for form, fit, and function questions related to your portfolio
  • Support new hire onboarding with portfolio introductions and training

Sales Enablement & Channel Support

  • Equip sales teams with the tools, messaging, and insights needed to succeed in Hospital and Professional Education markets
  • Provide ongoing product training and readiness support for internal teams and distribution channels
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and continuously improve based on performance data

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate must reside within the USA, willing to work East Coast hours
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing or product management
  • Must be willing to work in a hybrid-remote capacity, with quarterly in-office engagements and travel as needed for tradeshows, events, and other business needs.
  • Experience in healthcare education or clinical markets is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Proven success in managing and optimizing multiple marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Skilled in audience targeting, content creation, and marketing automation tools
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and a test-and-learn mindset
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexible work hours required for collaboration with global teams

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000, eligible for 9% annual bonus
