Deliver the results that drive change. The HRIS Manager will serve as the key owner of all HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, streamlined system integration, and adherence to core data standards. This role will support day-to-day system operations-particularly payroll, benefits, and time and attendance-and play a strategic role in evaluating, selecting, and implementing new HR technology. The manager will partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, Rewards, and IT to optimize system functionality and ensure compliance with auditing and reporting requirements. All about the role:
