The HRIS Manager will serve as the key owner of all HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, streamlined system integration, and adherence to core data standards. This role will support day-to-day system operations-particularly payroll, benefits, and time and attendance-and play a strategic role in evaluating, selecting, and implementing new HR technology. The manager will partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, Rewards, and IT to optimize system functionality and ensure compliance with auditing and reporting requirements.

All about the role:
  • Manage HR system performance, enhancements, and support, with a focus on payroll, benefits, and time and attendance.

  • Lead and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.

  • Act as the HR liaison with IT and other departments to support integration, reporting, and workflow optimization.

  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee system configuration, user access, and security permissions.

  • Identify and implement system improvements that align with business priorities.

  • Conduct system testing for upgrades and enhancements.

  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Serve as a technical advisor for HR-related data reporting and analytics.

  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships and gather feedback to shape system strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven project management and process improvement experience.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to handle highly confidential data with integrity.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Comfortable prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR systems architecture and configuration.

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Experience managing system security and role-based permissions.

  • Skilled at driving cross-functional collaboration and aligning system features with organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 6-8 years of experience in HRIS or IT systems within an HR function.

  • Strong experience with UKG Pro (payroll, benefits, time & attendance) required.

  • Familiarity with Workday Payroll, Benefits, and Time Tracking modules preferred

Work Environment
