Staffmark is seeking a skilled Grinder Operator to join a growing production team in Manor, TX.
This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. If you're detail-oriented and ready to grow your career in a fast-paced setting-we want to hear from you!

Shift and Pay



  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
  • Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • $18 per hour



Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience using hand/belt grinders in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and written instructions
  • Familiar with hand tools, power tools, and bench tools



What You'll Do:



  • Set up and operate grinding machines and select appropriate grinding wheels
  • Remove excess coating from parts while minimizing taper, chatter, and other defects
  • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy throughout the process
  • Document work, update part trackers, and route completed parts to the next department
  • Perform daily maintenance on tools and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety protocols
  • Support team with additional duties as needed
