Job Title: Document Administrator

Location(s): Garfield Heights, OH

Position Description:

Assists with Administrative functions to support the Project Manager Community. Tasks include assistance with Booking Change Orders, initiating subcontract procurement, billing, scheduling handover meetings, new vendor onboarding, project data validations, project closure.

Experience:


  • Administrative support in Construction Industry.
  • Familiarity with reading customer contracts, progress billings, basic financial concepts as relating to project finance.
  • Prefer experience with Microsoft Dynamic platform, SAP, basic Office applications (Word, excel, outlook, etc).


Skills:


  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Works well in a collaborative team environment as well as alone.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi task.
