FTE: Full Time, Shift: Day, Schedule: 8hr Position Summary The Manager of Research Business Operations is responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities within the MultiCare Institute for Research & Innovation (MIRI) and MultiCare's Federal Grants Office (FGO) that optimize the financial and operational performance; achieves organizational objectives and strategic goals; and leads efforts to improve operations and monitor metrics. This position provides strategic guidance around revenue and growth opportunities (including geographic expansions, new service locations, or new service lines), and operational efficiencies. Partnering with clinical and operational leaders throughout the IBU and System to provide guidance and maximize on financial and operational opportunities; identifies opportunities for improvement and leads the execution of improvement initiatives to optimize the business unit's performance to help reach financial and strategic goals with decision support and analytics. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.Requirements

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $100,547.00 - $144,685.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
