Description
Support the Design Adaptation team to fulfill client needs by providing accurate, creative solutions in a fast-paced environment. This intermediate-level position includes, but is not limited to, design adaptations, line extensions, and layout options. The U.S. pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors. Bachelors (preferred)
Some college (preferred) Associates (preferred) High School (required) Experience
3 - 5 years: Years of experience in Design Adaptation, Production Art, or Graphic Design, preferably within the consumer packaging industry (or similar related experience) (required)
Basic understanding of packaging production, including print processes, nishes, artwork requirements, and terminology. (required) Ability to solve design challenges quickly and creatively, with a high attention to detail. (required) Ability to follow brand guidelines, interpret design intent, and maintain consistency throughout a design initiative. (required) Proficient using Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (Strong knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop), Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
