Project/Program Manager- Med Device Location: Middleton, WI | On-site | Full-Time

We're looking for a highly organized, hands-on Project/Program Manager to be responsible for overseeing strategic operations projects that align with the company's objectives. This role offers an exciting and challenging opportunity to lead cross-functional teams in refining our operational strategies and enhancing customer experience. This position offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact and become a key member of the Strategy and Integration Team within Operations.

What You'll Do:
  • Develops and manages project objectives, work assignments and schedules to deliver projects on-time and within budget/scope.
  • Analyze administrative workflow and methods; develop robust procedures that deliver efficient and high-quality results.
  • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving issues, and proactively managing risks/opportunities.
  • Manages and collaborate with cross-functional project teams to harmonize, optimize, and achieve project objectives.
  • Experience collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct meetings within and across business sites and functions to ensure alignment on specific requirements to create cohesive business solutions.
  • Delegate project tasks to team members to leverage individual strengths, skill sets and experiences as well as to provide and encourage growth opportunities.
  • Monitor progress, develop status reports and present to management.
  • Monitor and manage project risks and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure team members follow all quality system procedures related to their jobs which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers and that changes to procedures are reviewed, approved and validated prior to implementation.
  • Deliver medical device design documentation compliant with FDA design controls and good documentation practices
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of operations.
  • Conduct medical device safety testing and maintains product compliance with applicable UL, ISO, and IEC 60601 standards as well as international regulatory requirements
  • Assist with monitoring and reporting performance, develop visual management tools.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or similar academic qualification in Project Management, Supply Chain, or related areas
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in operations with experience in project, collaboration, and engineering Management.
  • Excellent communication skills to present cross-functionally.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Project, Visio, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with production planning, control systems, or MRP processes
  • Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks a plus

Natus Pay Transparency Details The pay range for this position is 95-110K annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
