Job Title: OSP Inspector Location: Columbus, OH Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned OSP Inspector for a long-term contract role based in Columbus, OH. This role involves traveling between construction sites to ensure that all work is completed to industry standards. The inspector will be responsible for documenting progress through photographs and detailed reports, which will be submitted to construction managers. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct on-site inspections of OSP construction projects. * Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. * Document work progress through photos and written reports. * Communicate effectively with construction managers (CMs) and project managers (PMs). * Escalate issues when work is not performed to standard or timelines are not met. Required Skills: * Proficiency in low voltage systems and fiber optic infrastructure. * Ability to create and submit detailed inspection reports. * Familiarity with OSP (Outside Plant) construction practices. Additional Qualifications: * Proven ability to manage multiple site inspections. * Comfortable providing feedback and pushing back when necessary to ensure quality. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
