Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Note: Flexibility required-if work isn't finished by the shift's end, staying late to complete the day's tasks is expected

What You'll Be Doing



  • Oversee daily team activities and assign tasks to warehouse associates
  • Provide guidance on safe equipment operation, housekeeping practices, and inventory protocols
  • Handle cabinets and appliances manually-no forklifts or powered equipment
  • Track parts and components accurately; identify and report overages/shortages
  • Navigate Excel spreadsheets and send operational emails related to inbound shipments
  • Monitor inventory levels and reconcile merchandise counts
  • Resolve issues on the floor and support associates to maximize productivity
  • Lead by example in safety, communication, and attention to detail

What You'll Bring



  • At least 4 years of warehouse experience
  • Supervisory experience leading teams in a distribution or logistics setting
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email systems
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills-especially over the phone
  • Dependability, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment
