As a Product Owner, you will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and agile delivery teams, ensuring that product development aligns with strategic goals and delivers meaningful value. You will own and prioritize the product backlog, champion the product vision, and foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

You will play a pivotal role in translating business strategy into actionable product features, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring that the team delivers high-quality, impactful solutions. Familiarity with healthcare systems, regulations, and workflows will be essential to effectively understand stakeholder needs and deliver compliant, user-centered solutions. Your ability to communicate clearly, receive and act on feedback, and challenge constructively will be essential to the success of the product.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary liaison between delivery teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on vision, strategy, and priorities.

* Own and manage the product backlog, translating high-level business needs into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

* Prioritize backlog items to maximize business value and support strategic objectives.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure the product roadmap reflects their needs.

* Provide final sign-off and acceptance of features and backlog items.

* Participate in and support all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

* Guide the team in delivering high-quality, working software that meets user needs and business goals.

* Encourage innovation and experimentation to drive team engagement and continuous improvement.

* Collaborate with other Product Owners to build organizational capability.

* Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user-centric design and development.

* Capture and prioritize incidents and feedback to inform future development.

* Serve as a decision-maker for the team, providing clarity and direction throughout the product lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

* 5+ years of professional experience beyond degree, with a strong background in product ownership or related roles.

* Healthcare industry experience is required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Proven experience working in agile environments and managing complex product backlogs.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

This position is a hub-based role which requires onsite presence. To be eligible for consideration, candidates must reside within a commuting distance to one of the following office locations: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI. Onsite frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership and may be up to 2-3 days a week.

The full salary range for this position is $87,100-$149,300. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
