Warehouse Supervisor: This is where you come in.

We're looking for an Warehouse Supervisor who will foversees daily warehouse operations for the Spokane branch of MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions. This role ensures accurate inventory management, safe tool and equipment handling, efficient materials flow, and a clean, organized warehouse environment. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the issuance and return of tools, supplies, and materials in support of field operations and shop fabrication. The incumbent will operate and maintain a variety of equipment used in warehouse settings and must uphold certifications for such equipment throughout employment. This is a hands-on position that requires leadership, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

The Warehouse Supervisor reports to Mike Reichert, Director of Construction Operations, and is part of a collaborative team supporting a wide range of projects and initiatives for our growing business. This high-impact role offers visibility across all levels and departments within the organization.

You should have...

  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Physical ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and perform hands-on warehouse tasks
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary equipment certifications (e.g., forklift)
