Job DescriptionVisa Inc is looking for a dynamic agentic AI engineering leader to build cutting edge AI tools with a team of automation engineers in Visa's Global Operations organization. Principle Responsibilities/Key Results Areas: Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Global Operations within Visa's Operations and Infrastructure organization, this position is responsible for hands-on design architecture, and deploying scalable, extendable platform solutions that harness the power of LLMs to work alongside our team of exceptional operations staff that manage and maintain our mission critical 24/7/365 systems for Visa's key products, services, and infrastructure. This position plays a key leadership role with deep technical expertise to guide the team of engineers to deliver robust, complex, secure solutions. This team will drive an automation-first muscle, craft the strategic agentic vision for the Global Operations organization and partner closely with teams across Operations & Infrastructure and Data Platform to incorporate the latest technologies and product offerings within the company. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
