Join us as our newest Quality Operations Technician!

In this role you'll make an impact by:

Getting your hands dirty! This is a hands-on-role working side-by-side with Operations manually obtaining samples and swabs, conducting verification activities and inspections! Also, every task has a written procedure with steps that are checked off as you go.

Move! This isn't a job where you sit all day. In fact, we have some specific physical requirements to do the job. For example, you need to be able to:

• Lift 60 pounds (a large bag of dog food)
• Pull 20 pounds (a weighted blanket)
• Work at heights / in confined spaces
• Climb stairs/ladders frequently during each shift

To succeed you must:

• Collaborate effectively. We start each shift meeting with Operations where we share pertinent information from the previous shift to better prepare our team for the next shift.

• Utilize and understand computer automated programs. Our programs utilize multiple digital platforms for operating, verifying, and monitoring key processes for the manufacturing of our products.

• Work rotating & alternating days/nights 12-hour shifts. (No more standing in line on your Saturdays - all errands can now be completed when everyone ones else is working). Typically, Quality Operations Technicians work 15 days a month on a rotating shift.

• Science based experience! Associate in science or 2 years equivalent experience preferred.

Location: Blair, NE - less than a 30-minute drive from Omaha!

Expected Salary Range: $43,000 to $68,000 + shift differential
