Department OverviewCorporate, Securities and Transactions Law Job DescriptionOverview: The Senior Counsel - Transactions (M&A) reports directly to the Corporate Vice President, Corporate & Securities Law, Transactions and Secretary and is responsible for leading all legal aspects of assigned merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, both domestic and cross-border, including drafting and negotiating Merger Agreements, Stock Purchase Agreements, Non-Competes, other ancillary transaction documents and supporting venture investments. Note: This is a hybrid role based out of our Chicago Headquarters or Schaumburg office - candidate must reside in the Chicagoland area Target Base Salary Range: $190,000 - $230,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
