We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a dynamic, technical environment. This is not a traditional call center role-it involves handling custom orders, collaborating with internal departments, and providing tailored support to both customers and sales representatives. You'll start in an Order Processing role focused on data entry while you learn our systems and product lines. As you grow, you'll take on more complex responsibilities, including quoting, troubleshooting, and coordinating with teams like Engineering and Warehouse to resolve client-specific issues. Key Responsibilities: * Support customers and sales reps with order entry, quoting, restocking, and issue resolution * Handle custom orders and client-specific inquiries that require cross-departmental collaboration * Communicate effectively via Outlook and maintain accurate records in Excel and SAP * Troubleshoot technical and order-related issues with a proactive, solution-focused approach * Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and customer requests Required Skills & Qualifications: * 1+ year of experience in customer service or order entry * Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn technical product knowledge * Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills * Typing speed of 45+ WPM * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree * 2-4 years of experience in technical customer service * Experience with SAP * Technically inclined (e.g., enjoys working on cars, farming equipment, or other hands-on technical hobbies) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.53 - $22.53/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
