Description **MUST HAVE ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE This position will require shift work that could include weekends / nights. * This position requires an active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) or the ability to be obtain an (Interim Secret, Interim Top Secret) * Because an active or interim DoD clearance is required, U.S. Citizenship is required Top Skills: * Linux * Scripting (Powershell or Bash) * Ticketing systems TEKsystems is hiring for Network Operations Center (NOC) technicians to be the first line of defense for monitoring and responding to alerts across a wide range of systems and enivronments. We are looking for individuals with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and desire to learn. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and respond to alerts in production environments. * Help maintain high availability of deployed systems and report bugs or issues. * Support software updates and data transfers. * Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot system problems. * Provide technical support to users across different locations. * Gather and share diagnostic information to help improve system performance. * Perform administrative tasks on both front-end and back-end systems, including user management Requirements: * 8570 Compliant Certification (e.g., Security+, CISSP). * Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and workflows. * Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting. * Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. * Active U.S. Department of Defense Secret (or higher) security clearance. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
