*Will be working fully in office* *You'll enjoy...* *Standard Hours* - Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM *Competitive Pay* *Opportunity to be a direct hire from day one!* * * *A day in the role...* * Analyze physician billing accounts to identify and resolve credit balances, refunds, and underpayments. * Coordinate daily workflows and support staff in executing timely and compliant account resolutions. * Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines. * Conduct insurance follow-up and utilize payer contracts tovalidate and resolve discrepancies. * Process payer recoupments and refunds accurately and efficiently. * Communicate effectively with ancillary departments including Insurance AR Follow-up and Cash Posting. * Provide analytical support and oversight of collection agencyactivities. *Necessary Skills and Strengths:* *Physician Billing|Medical Insurance | Medical Terminology * *Core Experience:* * 2+ years of revenue cycle experience * Provider based billing experience * Experience reconciling patient accounts (refunds/underpayments) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
