Capital Group's Enterprise Change Office (ECO) is made up of 140+ dedicated initiative delivery and practice experts that lead initiatives by business domain including Product, Sales and Marketing, Global Business Services, Investment Operations, and Information Technology. You ensure the right solution for the business problem at hand and address challenges at their core. You contribute to the development of products, services, and experiences that disrupt markets, generate value, and positively impact millions of lives. As a Program Manager in ECO, you will drive delivery of large and complex initiatives and will be expected to lead with an influential point of view. Your scope will include a range of projects- inclusive of business, technology and organizational change efforts with a strong focus on technology sponsored initiatives. You will ensure each initiative has clear outcomes, and is setup (e.g. resources, methodology, governance) optimally for success. You will successfully navigate a complex environment with project teams, business partners, leadership, external parties, and other stakeholders to deliver on Capital's business priorities. You will act as a resource for business contacts regarding initiative delivery and change capabilities and contribute to the development of the Enterprise Change Office. This position will be based in NY or CA, it does require you to be in office four days a week, Monday-Thursday. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for."
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
