Treasury Solutions Analyst

Job Summary:

Under General Direction, this position markets and sells Treasury Management products and services to both existing and prospective customers of the bank. This may include client facing meetings and sales calls with the RM as needed. Additionally, this position provides direct support of users of Treasury Management products to resolve any customer questions or service issues that may arise. This position will serve as single point of contact for MSR clients for the sales, implementation and servicing of Treasury Management products.

Responsibilities and Duties:



  • Coordinate the new account opening process.
  • Complete the implementation of treasury management products for new clients in accordance with funding requirements and deadlines.
  • Provide direct customer support for Note Finance, MSR and Mortgage Warehouse clients and act as a liaison between customers and operational staff to handle customer requests and resolve service-related problems.
  • Assist production staff with sales presentations to potential clients and users to inform customers regarding the various treasury management products and services available.
  • Lead deposit pipeline calls to make sure everything is moving timely for funding.
  • Maintain real time knowledge of Veritex deposit rates for all types of interest-bearing accounts.
  • Be responsible for all monthly ECR/interest payments to clients.
  • Travel with RMs to client visits (only strategic visits) throughout the U.S. when needed to garner deposits.
  • Develop and maintain a personal program for maintaining an adequate level of knowledge in accounting and investment matters, product knowledge, and personal skills to ensure an acceptable degree of performance.
  • Attention to regulatory requirements and compliance training applicable to position (Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Information Privacy ETC).
  • Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidential information are absolutely essential.
  • Understands the Bank's overall risk appetite and how the specific department and individual job responsibilities align with the effective management of Bank risk.



Job Skills and Qualifications:



  • Demonstrated detailed knowledge regarding products and MSR deposit accounts and treasury management products
  • Knowledge of and familiarization with bank information processing systems and of general bank operations.
  • Ability to work with production staff to meet or exceed departmental revenue and deposit goals.
  • Ability to prepare a business letters and sales proposals
  • Ability to make comprehensive presentations.
  • Ability to communicate distinctly and to conduct training.
  • Skilled in the use of a PC and various software.
  • Commitment to exceed customer service expectations.
  • Ability to resolve customer service issues such that Bank and customer needs are met.
  • 5 years of Treasury Management experience in a sales or sales support role is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational experience is preferred
