We're looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on helping others. As a Site Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for resolving technical issues and supporting a variety of applications and systems. You'll work closely with both internal users and the broader tech team-mostly through email and phone, with occasional in-person support. This role is a blend of Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk support. You'll spend about 90% of your time handling tickets and 10% contributing to projects that help you grow your skills and prepare for future roles within the IT team. What You'll Handle Daily - Password resets, permission requests, and printer/network troubleshooting - Hardware and software support - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate tech team members - Managing expectations and communicating clearly with users What We're Looking For - Strong customer service mindset-you're patient, clear, and solution-oriented - Solid troubleshooting skills across desktop, hardware, and networking - Familiarity with tools like Active Directory, Office 365, ServiceNow, and Windows environments - Bonus if you have or are working toward a CCNA certification What Will Set You Apart - Confidence in your work and the ability to communicate effectively with leadership - A willingness to learn and grow-this is a great stepping stone into more advanced IT roles - A "jack of all trades" mindset-you'll be the onsite support person, so flexibility is key - Interest in participating in training and staying current with new technologies Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $32.00/hr.
