Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly skilled and professional IT Infrastructure Administrator to deliver exceptional, onsite white-glove IT support to C-level executives, senior leadership, and end users as needed. This role requires a proactive, discreet, and customer-focused individual who can troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment. Under the general direction of the Client Services IT Director, this position will provide onsite and remote technical executive support for C-Suite executives and end users in all assigned software applications, support processes, maintenance of desktop/laptops, phones, basic network connectivity, user account management and permissions, audio/video, projectors, room and desktop video conferencing, IT devices and software, and assisting on-site senior leadership team as necessary.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite, personalized IT support to executives and VIP users, ensuring minimal disruption to their work.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile device, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Set up and proactively maintain executive workstations, conference room technology, and home office equipment.
  • Support video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx) and ensure seamless meeting experiences.
  • Coordinate with other IT teams (networking, security, infrastructure) to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Document support activities and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
  • Provide after-hours or on-call support as needed for critical issues or executive travel.
  • Collaboration Support - Educate and advocate use of collaboration environments (O365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of collaboration within the organization, across organizations, and with customers.
  • Security: Understand and assist with the tools and process required to identify, test, deploy and support security patching.
  • Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required.
  • Follows company standards and procedures.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 1 year supporting executive-level users.
  • Experience supporting a hybrid remote work-from-home and in office workforce within a large corporate domain environment.
  • Proven experience in supporting client-side solutions using Microsoft technologies in a global enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting Office 365 and identity management components.
  • Strong ability to quickly learn new information system technology.
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to think big and scale quickly.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, and mobile device management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with AV systems, remote access tools, and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or ITIL are desirable.
