As a Lead Teller (Lead Front Line Associate), you will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day store operations. In this dynamic role, you'll support the store's success by guiding team members, ensuring smooth financial transactions, and maintaining a strong compliance culture. You'll lead by example, assist in training and developing staff, oversee cash handling and remittance processes, and help implement business and marketing strategies to drive store performance. Schedule: Our DFW locations have standard operation hours Sunday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Central Time (CT). The Lead Teller will work 40 hours a week and days will vary. Workdays will alternate between the designated locations. Successful applicants will have the flexibility to work any day of the week within regular business hours. Primary hours will be afternoon to evening hours including weekends with additional coverage including holidays.
