Job Description

Overview:
We're on the hunt for a motivated nurse leader ready to take long-term care to the next level. In this multifaceted role, you'll lead compliance, infection prevention, quality improvement, and staff education for our LTC division. From managing risk programs to prepping for state surveys, you'll make sure our residents receive top-quality care every day.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee LTC compliance, risk management, and quality programs

  • Manage and develop staff; lead training and orientation efforts

  • Ensure survey readiness and regulatory compliance (state, federal, and agency)

  • Design, implement, and monitor infection prevention programs

  • Analyze performance data and drive process improvement

  • Collaborate with leadership and corporate teams on strategic goals

Minimum Requirements:

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri

  • Master's Degree or equivalent education/experience

  • Demonstrated growth in managing clinical staff

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an LTC facility

  • Experience with federal and state regulatory surveys

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to create and analyze reports

  • Self-motivated, independent, and organized

  • Solid problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

  • 5+ years in healthcare

  • Experience in quality assurance/performance improvement

  • Prior LTC management experience
