Contractor Travel and Relations Coordinator Location: Lenexa, KS (Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Contractor Travel and Relations Coordinator to support a nationwide network of 7,000+ independent contractors. This role is essential to ensuring smooth travel logistics and operational support for onsite health and wellness events. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and book travel accommodations for contractors using third-party vendor platforms. * Manage itinerary delivery, changes, cancellations, and refunds. * Enforce travel guidelines and budget constraints in collaboration with the Program Management team. * Maintain accurate records of purchases and reconcile monthly expenses using corporate credit card and tracking tools. * Respond to contractor inquiries regarding assignments, portal access, and travel escalations. * Support the Event Specialist team with scheduling and administrative tasks. * Participate in team projects and seasonal assignments as needed. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. * 1-3 years of relevant experience; corporate travel coordination experience is a plus. * Strong customer service skills, including excellent phone and written communication. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail. * Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). * Flexible schedule with availability for occasional weekends and extended hours. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
