Senior Manager, Solution Delivery (Consulting/Implementation) As a Senior Manager of Consulting, you will lead and develop a team of 5-10 clinical professional services associates, providing mentorship, career coaching, and the tools necessary for success. You will be responsible for building and optimizing staffing models to balance high-quality project delivery with revenue targets, while ensuring clear and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders. This role involves developing and reporting on key operational metrics, creating onboarding methodologies for new clients, and managing ongoing relationships with incumbent clients. You will lead strategic conversations with clients implementing MyUnity software, driving continuous improvement initiatives and leveraging your team's skill sets to deliver impactful, first-of-a-kind solutions that enhance client health outcomes and experiences.
