Senior Manager, Solution Delivery (Consulting/Implementation)

As a Senior Manager of Consulting, you will lead and develop a team of 5-10 clinical professional services associates, providing mentorship, career coaching, and the tools necessary for success. You will be responsible for building and optimizing staffing models to balance high-quality project delivery with revenue targets, while ensuring clear and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders. This role involves developing and reporting on key operational metrics, creating onboarding methodologies for new clients, and managing ongoing relationships with incumbent clients. You will lead strategic conversations with clients implementing MyUnity software, driving continuous improvement initiatives and leveraging your team's skill sets to deliver impactful, first-of-a-kind solutions that enhance client health outcomes and experiences. Cross-functional collaboration and proactive problem-solving will be essential to delivering measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of professional services associates

• Build and leverage appropriate staffing models to balance project quality and revenue targets; ensure timely, clear communication to all stakeholders and clients.

• Proactively work across the matrix to anticipate and solve client problems and deliver business results

• Develop scalable methodologies to equip associates to improve client health and overall experience. Identify, scope and lead large-scale continuous improvement efforts

• Monitor and support sales pipeline to reach quarterly bookings targets by leveraging client relationships.

Qualifications
Required

• Bachelor's degree or 4-years relevant work experience

• At least 7 years of health care information technology implementation or consulting working experience

• At least 2 years Netsmart EHR solution work experience

• At least 2 years of people management experience

• Ability to build strong client relationships and delivering client-centric solutions

• Ability to make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward

• Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders

• Ability to develop people to meet both their career goals and the organization's goals
