Job Title: Business Analyst (Hybrid - 2 Days Onsite) We are seeking two detail-oriented Business Analysts to join our team. You will analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver data-driven insights and technical solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, systems knowledge, and effective stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: * Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes. * Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. * Facilitate communication between business and technical teams. * Create user stories, process flows, data models, and wireframes. * Support testing with test plans, cases, and UAT execution. Required Skills: * Business analysis, requirements gathering, Agile methodologies * Experience with Azure DevOps, APIs, and system integrations * Strong communication and documentation skills * Familiarity with tools like Visio or Draw.io * Experience with large-scale data migration projects Tools & Environment: Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Agile Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
