*Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator * Job Description The Scheduling Coordinator serves as the crucial link between customer care and the local market, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project management. This role involves maximizing installation capacity by managing and assigning project dates, receiving service calls, and providing accurate updates to customers. The Production Assistant works closely with installation and sales managers to ensure projects run efficiently, even when delays occur.
Responsibilities * Act as the main point of contact between customer care and the local market. * Manage and assign installation project dates to maximize capacity. * Receive service calls from customer care and customers, providing accurate updates. * Reschedule projects based on availability and communicate changes to customers. * Collaborate with installation and sales managers to optimize installer schedules. * Work with local permit government entities to ensure compliance. * Maintain a scheduling system that anticipates and fills vacancies up to four weeks in advance. * Understand and coordinate with construction crews to ensure efficient site visits. Essential Skills * Customer service skills with experience in inbound/outbound calls. * Proficiency in scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects. * Experience with ERP systems. * CRM experience, preferably Salesforce. * 2+ years of experience in scheduling installations in the construction/home service industry. Additional Skills & Qualifications * High School Diploma. * Experience with service construction companies such as Lowes, dealing with install crews for windows, siding, and garage doors. * Ability to learn quickly and take direction effectively. The environment is casual, requiring closed-toed shoes and jeans without holes. Training can last up to two weeks, during which employees are expected to adapt quickly and take initiative. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
