Job Overview The Senior Manager, Group Product Management supports the fast-moving e-commerce team by driving the development of customer-centric user experiences and features that expand the customer base, increase user engagement, and enhance the overall site experience. This senior product leader shapes and executes both short- and long-term strategy and vision for their product area, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution. What You Will Do
Skills You Will Need Strategic Thinking: Ability to define and execute both short and long-term strategies and visions for a product area, aligning with overarching business goals and market trends. Leadership: Capability to assume responsibility for enterprise or complex initiatives, leading larger pods with multi-pod dependencies, while building successful followership and trust among colleagues. Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work with pods, partners, and stakeholders, leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple layers of dependencies, fostering meaningful dialogue and alignment. Communication: Excellent communicator who can engage executive audiences through presentations and discussions, influencing decisions and driving outcomes at multiple levels. Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a deep interest in both retail commerce and user experience, distinguishing between store and ecommerce business drivers, to create memorable, loyalty-building experiences. Problem-Solving: Naturally curious with a strong desire to understand root causes and solve problems, using critical thinking skills and data analytics to inform decision-making. Continuous Improvement: Eager to learn about industry trends, emerging technologies, and new methodologies, operating in a continuous improvement manner to drive innovation and excellence. Organizational Skills: Strong attention-to-detail, effective time management, and organizational skills to maintain a strong backlog of groomed, insight-driven user stories and keep leaders updated on progress and potential solutions.
