Overview

The Sales Executive, Global Business Development thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and will drive growth strategies aligned with JK Moving Services' enterprise goals and core values. This role focuses on cultivating relationships to increase international household goods shipment volume by securing clients averaging 100+ annual global moves. By prioritizing value over price, this position elevates the JK brand to global prominence in the moving/relocation industry. The Sales Executive will provide actionable industry insights to leadership, ensuring innovation and adaptation to market trends.



Responsibilities

Global Business Development and Account Sales:

    Secure profitable, long-term partnerships with global clients and corporations aligned with JK's geographic/seasonal needs.
  • Collaborates with JK Global Move Management leadership to design custom lump sum programs for global clients
  • Set and exceed annual revenue targets, with KPIs including
    • % YOY increased revenue from global corporate accounts;
    • Number of new contracts or purchase orders awarded;
    • Number of qualified opportunities added to the pipeline / proposals submitted.

Global Brand Development Strategy:

  • Lead go-to-market strategies to establish JK as a global leader.
  • Partner with marketing department to create targeted campaigns highlighting JK's value proposition.
  • Engages directly high-profile roles (C-suite executives, Senior HR decision makers) 3+ Fortune 500 companies.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits and networking events to elevate brand visibility.
  • Success measured based on the below KPIs:
    • Number of annual meetings, follow-ups, and engagement activities with corporate entities.

Internal Operations:

  • Collaborate with business unit leads to quantify sales opportunities, endorse varied business lines and effectively prioritize opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time data in JK's CRM to track prospects, pipeline, and market intelligence.
  • Monitor competitor strategies and market trends to inform pricing and service innovations.
  • Foster alignment between sales teams and operational units to ensure seamless client onboarding.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record for delivering new household goods customers annually.
  • Well established relationships with key decision makers in the relocation industry (at Fortune 500 companies and multinational corporations).
  • Strategic thinker who anticipates trends and long-term growth opportunities.
  • Executive engagement & communication with C-suite decision makers, including negotiating contracts and presenting RFPs/RFQs.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in complementary field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ year's industry experience with progressive responsibility (global relocation/moving sector preferred).
  • Expertise in pricing models, costing, contract provisions; request for proposal (RFP) and request for quote (RFQ) protocols.
  • Fluency in CRM tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) and data-driven sales strategies.
