Summary of Objective: Works closely with Sr. Director Clinical Contracts Management and global business development personnel, and internal departments, to process, review, and execute all legal contracts required to support the business relationship. Supports development and implementation of CLM and is responsible for ongoing maintenance of CLM subject to the direction of the Sr. Director Clinical Contracts Management. Monitors global mailbox and prioritizes requests for legal review, updates status of contracts in Salesforce and / or CLM, communicates status to internal departments. Reviews and distributes contracts and manages execution and filing of completed contracts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.
- Monitors company global mailbox, maintains accurate record of status.
- Communicates and collaborates with Sr. Director Clinical Contracts Management to prioritize requests for legal review.
- Updates and files contracts in Salesforce and/or CLM at each stage of the legal review process.
- Follows up with Business Development Representatives regarding status/execution of contracts.
- Performs CDA and MSA checks in company files to verify effective dates, expiry and content.
- Assists Sr. Director Clinical Contracts Management with review and modification of CDA's, MSA's, Amendments, Quotations, Change Orders, Letters of Intent, Assignments and other contracts as requested, in accordance with Company standard terms/guidelines.
- Proof finalized contracts prior to execution.
- Manages signature process to ensure timely execution of contracts, utilizing Docusign and e-mail.
- Distributes executed contracts to appropriate Business Development personnel, internal departments, PCI sites.
- Files executed contracts in company legal files and in Salesforce and / or CLM.
- Process and file legal notices.
- Prioritizes competing requests to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Knowledge of and adherence to all appropriate PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.
- Attendance to work is an essential function of this position.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Sr. Director Clinical Contracts Management.

- Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 5 years related experience and/or training.
- Paralegal Certification or contracts experience required.
- College Level Mathematical Skills
- Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to utilize MS Office; including proficiency in Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
- High Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where there is only limited standardization. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions that may be provided in various forms.
