Staffmark is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join a leading distribution team in Lebanon, TN. If you're skilled with a reach truck or cherry picker and ready for a hands-on role in a clean, organized warehouse, this is your chance!

Shift Options



  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM ($21.50 per hour)
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM ($21.50 per hour)
  • 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM or 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM ($22 per hour)



Requirements:



  • 1 year of forklift experience including reach truck experience within the last 30 days
  • Ability to pass an onsite reach truck test & a cherry picker evaluation
  • Must complete 1 week of paid training on 2nd shift: Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM



Forklift Operator Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for replenishing inventory throughout the warehouse
  • Move incoming product from dock to assigned warehouse locations
  • Transfer product from backstock/inventory to active pick locations
