Pay and Schedule

Pay Rates:



  • B Shift: $20.55/hour (Sunday-Tuesday and alternating Saturdays, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
  • D Shift: $21.55/hour (Wednesday-Friday and alternating Saturdays, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)


Training Requirement: Must be available to train on the day shift (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) for a designated period.

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Daily Responsibilities



  • Inspect and trim sterile medical products for quality and accuracy
  • Package finished items according to established standards and protocols
  • Monitor machinery and report any malfunctions
  • Adhere strictly to eGMP and cleanroom procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
  • Communicate effectively with your team to ensure smooth operations

What You Bring to the Table



  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, preferably in pharmaceutical, medical device, or food production
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and stand for 12-hour shifts
  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • 20/30 near vision and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a highly regulated, cleanroom setting
