Training and QC Project Manager, Funding Resources - San Antonio, TX!

The Training and QC Project Manager, Funding Resources oversees the planning, development, and execution of funding resources projects. This role focuses on supporting Funding Resources team members, through training, mentorship, and QA/QC in developing proposals, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines, and producing high-quality, excellent deliverables. The Training and QC Project Manager collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to align funding projects with the firm's strategic objectives. The Training and QC Project Manager is responsible for developing training and QC curriculum, templates, and other tools as needed to support the growth of technical expertise across the team.

What you will do:


  • Lead the planning and execution of funding resource projects from concept to completion.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive funding strategies for complex infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate the development and submission of high-quality grant proposals.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring that all milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for funding applications.
  • Monitor and track project budgets, ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all project-related funding activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to Team Leader on project status and funding resource activities.

What you will need:


  • 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on funding resources or grants.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing funding-related projects.
  • Mastery of grant writing.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges.


Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • May need to travel to various office locations.
