The Color Products Process Engineer is responsible for outlining all color product processes used in manufacturing. This includes the product functional test process, product inspection process, and other manufacturing processes critical to quality. The ideal candidate will exhibit a willingness and ability to learn product functions at a deep level. Leveraging this product knowledge, the candidate will create and maintain the overall manufacturing processes needed to properly test the function and quality of all color products. The candidate must exhibit excellent communication skills within a cross-functional environment and be able to document detailed processes. The candidate will report to one Operations manager but will engage across color product lines for all contract manufacturing sites. Additional collaboration is required with Lexmark's Product Development and Shared Manufacturing Teams. The candidate is expected to travel several times a year to Lexmark or contract manufactrong sites in Mexico, the Philippines, China, and Thailand. Leadership Skills
