Quarry Hill- Midcoast Maine's premier extended care community for adults 55+, Quarry Hill provides unsurpassed independent, assisted-living, short- and long-term nursing care and specialized memory-loss care is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team!

Summary: This position consists of 40 hours per week, night shifts
The Maintenance Team Member - Long Term Care role ensures a safe and secure environment in compliance with all Federal and State regulations and is responsible for inspecting and reporting equipment failure, security breaches and environmental issues, performing preventative maintenance, minor repairs, housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Vocational education preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Valid Driver's License, insurable with no moving violations during the past three years required.
  3. Experience: Experience in a maintenance role involving mechanical, electrical, construction and/or plumbing duties required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
