Summary:
The Data Analyst role is responsible for analyzing and reporting on key clinical and business performance measures by identifying and accessing relevant data sources, aggregating and manipulating data as needed, preparing graphs, tables and reports from the data and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent four years of professional experience required.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Three years of experience working with healthcare related data required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Advanced database and statistical skills. Proficient in data extraction, transformation and loading. Basic programming language.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Ability to design reports and present complex information.
