Inventory & Logistics Supervisor
Location: Boulder, CO
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000. The salary range for this role can adjust along with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experience and/or education level. This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience.

Join Inotiv's Mission-Driven Team
We're seeking a full-time Inventory & Logistics Supervisor to lead our logistics operations in Boulder, CO. In this role, you'll oversee a small team and ensure the seamless flow of materials through our shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. You'll also play a key role in supporting scientific studies and business operations at both our Boulder and Westminster facilities.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Operations

  • Supervise inventory and logistics staff to maintain a productive and organized department.

  • Oversee the receipt and distribution of study-related and operational materials.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate shipments and ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

Logistics Coordination

  • Transport samples and supplies between Boulder and Westminster.

  • Greet vendors during pickups and deliveries.

  • Ensure the accuracy of incoming study materials, documenting quantity, quality, and type.

Inventory & Documentation

  • Maintain a well-organized inventory system for study materials.

  • Coordinate outbound shipments of completed study materials.

  • Label, box, and prepare materials for shipment.

  • Manage electronic documentation and scan/file project paperwork.

  • Write and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed.

Additional Duties

  • Attend required trainings and team meetings.

  • Take on related responsibilities as needed to support business operations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in logistics or inventory operations.

  • 2-3 years of office or inventory management experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and a collaborative mindset.
