Team Coco

Team Coco is the digital media and podcast company founded by comedian Conan O'Brien. It serves as the creative and fan-focused hub for his content, including his podcast "Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend" and a podcast network with podcasts from talent like Andy Richter, Ted Danson and Woody Harrelson and Rob Lowe among others. It also includes a vast library of digital video and photos from his over 30+ year career, live events, and merchandise.

How you'll make an impact:

SiriusXM is looking for an intern to work cross-functionally with our Team Coco Creative Marketing Team to provide ideas and support to our creative marketing, social media, and merch teams.

What you'll do:

• Assist with tracking social media campaigns.

• Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.

• Keeping track of social trends.

• Support marketing team at live and online events.

• Perform social media marketing research.

• Track spam tags on social media.

• Brainstorm and research ideas for original content.

• Assist in creating in video captions for social videos.

• Assist with photo/video content shoots.

• Assist with maintaining merch inventory.

• Assist in media management projects.

What you'll need:

• Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by May 2026 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship as well as broadcasting schools with one-year programs that provide certificates of completion.

• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). PowerPoint is a plus.

• Basic photo/social video editing experience (i.e. photoshop, canva, inshot, capcut) is a plus.

• Marketing, advertising, media or communications majors preferred.

• Passion for podcasts, comedy, and entertainment is a must.

• Good project management and planning skills.

• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Attention to detail skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be $18/hr and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
