Oversees the maintenance of the physical infrastructure and equipment of assigned area, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:
  • Maintains and oversees the upkeep of facilities and equipment.
  • Coordinates with vendors and contractors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Monitors and manages inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures regarding facilities and equipment.
  • Conducts regular rounds to identify and address any potential hazards or issues.
  • Communicates with staff and management to ensure that facilities meet their needs and expectations.

Education Requirement:

High School graduate, required.

Vocational technical level certification, preferred.
