The role of the Clinical Practice Performance Analyst is to provide operational support to most functions within the regional operations department. S/he coordinates with other members of the team to ensure goals/objectives of projects are accomplished.

Location: 1 Dakota Dr, Lake Success, NY

Hours: First shift, Monday - Friday, 37.5 Hours per week

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Project Coordination / Project Management Support:

    • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects across NY/NJ
    • Collaborate with project managers to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables
    • Maintain project documentation including schedules, status reports, and meeting notes
    • Address any project-related inquiries and provide updates to stakeholders as needed
    • Maintain operational tracking documents and project reports


  • Data Management and Reporting:

    • Collect and analyze data related to project performance, along with identifying trends and areas for improvement
    • Prepare & update reports for management
    • Summarizing project progress and outcomes
    • Ensure all project-related documentation is organized and accessibleMaintain and update process documentation along with ensuring it is accurate and readily available
    • Prepare and present operational reports to management
    • Providing insight into process performance and opportunities for improvement


  • Operational Support

    • Coaches, provide feedback, and guides others in specific tasks and initiatives when visiting a practice
    • Communicates and guides supervisors/Managers towards achieving department goals and objectives
    • Coordinates and leads meetings on identified subjects to ensure proper communication and prioritization is conveyed
    • Works with management and assisting them with identifying/discussing options available to their practices to achieve goals and change workflow as needed
    • In partnership with management, complete workflow assessments in offices to identify ways on how to improve a practice
    • Ability to build relationships with groups/managers/directors and/or providers
    • Ability to assist the department with roll out of projects or initiatives for the organization
    • Collaborates with the Operations team to monitor and improve key performance indicators related to all organizational goals
    • Encourage teamwork through collaboration with co-workers and other departments
    • Perform all other duties and responsibilities as requested


  • Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within operations
    • Collaborate with team members to implement best practices and streamline workflows

Required Qualifications:



  • Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Teams and other web-based applications
  • Proven ability to work with, understand, and appreciate end user workflow
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and schedule activities as needed
  • Proven solid written and oral communications skills
  • Proven excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to identify solutions to non-standard requests


Preferred Qualification:



  • Understands Epic platforms which include Templates, MyChart Metrics, E-Check In, Decision Trees, Pulling Metrics, and Running Reports


Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
