Description Mid Coast Hospital Professional - Clinical Req #: 39236 Summary: The Surgical Technologist I role assists the surgeon and Operating Room (OR) RN during surgical procedures. Schedule- 4 x 10 shifts per week, 7am-1730p with call Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology OR graduate of an accredited School of LPN Nursing required. License/Certifications: Current certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting required. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Experience: If Surgical Technologist, no experience required. If LPN, one year of experience as a LPN with Medical -Surgical nursing experience required.
