Summary:
The Surgical Technologist I role assists the surgeon and Operating Room (OR) RN during surgical procedures.

Schedule- 4 x 10 shifts per week, 7am-1730p with call

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology OR graduate of an accredited School of LPN Nursing required.
  2. License/Certifications: Current certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting required. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  3. Experience: If Surgical Technologist, no experience required. If LPN, one year of experience as a LPN with Medical -Surgical nursing experience required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
