The Customer & Marketing Analytics team drives the development and execution of data driven strategies to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue for the Harvard Business Review (HBR) media group.The Senior Analyst for Customer & Marketing Analytics at HBR will set-up collection of customer data and analyze, clean, and segment data from various sources for testing, marketing, and email campaigns. This role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our digital testing initiatives within platforms like Piano. In addition, the Senior Analyst will design, construct, and analyze quantitative research projects for multiple stakeholders in marketing, email operations, advertising, editorial, e-commerce, and design. In addition, this position includes the opportunity to earn our annual Performance Based Variable Pay Program. Actual salary will be set based upon a range of factors, including external benchmark market data, individual knowledge, skills, experience, location and internal equity. |
