We are currently seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the technical work of a growing team focused on patient engagement solutions across Epic and non-Epic platforms. This position offers the opportunity to lead critical initiatives that shape how patients interact with their care through web, mobile, and communication technologies. Position Summary: The Technical Lead - Patient Engagement will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing patient engagement technologies. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical knowledge, technical team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings experience in both Epic and broader digital health technologies to help drive a unified, patient-centered experience across Montefiore Health System. Key Responsibilities:
