Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:
The OIP graphic design employee will support the development and refinement of the overall design portfolio for a five-unit office. Such work will support the office-wide goal to maintain a comprehensive and cohesive OIP 'brand' strategy. These efforts may include the concept and/or design of multi-purpose and event-specific materials, including but not limited to:
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design graphics for various communication contexts (print, web, email, and social media contexts with design elements to include logos, graphics, images, and multimedia material)
  • Design promotional and marketing materials as needed, create branding and design resource manual
  • Create office templates for consistently requested pieces (PPT, LCD screens, invitations)
  • Other duties as assigned. The graphic design employee will also contribute to an ongoing goal of refining student-focused materials.
