As a Quality Assurance Program Assistant, you'll be supporting staff serving as a consistent and intentional guide for youth navigating difficult paths. Your skills and experience will provide the assistance needed for these direct service staff to maximize their time engaging with the young people that we serve.

What You'll Do:

Performs completeness checks and ensures file compliance with various standards (including HUD, FYSB BCP, and other local, state, and federal contracts and CARF accreditation)
Perform data entry in the database system in collaboration with other members of the program teams following established procedures, requirements
Assists in the monthly tracking and distribution of youth participant rent subsidies
Conducts quarterly stakeholder and youth participant surveys
Maintains reduced fare public transit ordering and reporting processes and documentation
Performs demographic and contact information updates in all relevant systems
Support and consult on policy, procedure, and best practice development
Participates and leads the preparation of data reports for internal and external audits
Conducts routine analysis of database reporting and identifies patterns
Queries and manipulates data to prepare internal and external deliverables in accordance with established data quality standards and reporting guidelines
Identifies root causes for persistent and/or high-risk data quality errors and performs follow-up with program leadership as necessary
Assists in the ongoing training and coaching of staff on data and documentation standards
Coordinates data cleanup efforts to achieve acceptable data quality standards
May support other administrative and operations, including conducting periodic safety drills, providing support around inspections, conducting stock inventory and purchasing, other office functions as needed

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or social work preferred; high school diploma or GED is required

* Previous work or volunteer experience in youth development or human services

* Ability to understand, interpret, and follow regulatory policies and regulations

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Experience making timely and accurate data entry into various data repositories and spreadsheets

* Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel

* Desire to work with a multi-cultural staff from an array of diverse backgrounds
